I love being able to work one-on-one with someone who wants to improve their overall health and fitness. I am all about ‘keeping it real’ and working with the facts of weight loss if that is your goal. If you consume more energy than your body will burn in a day, you are likely to put on weight. If you consume less energy than your body needs, then you will lose weight. It’s a simple equation that a lot of people overthink.

I work with you to determine the most effective way for you to find the balance or deficit if that is what you’re after. I’m all about working with you and listening to what your goals are. If you don’t enjoy a certain exercise, we won’t do it. Keeping fit should be fun, yes sometimes it will be hard and you won’t enjoy it at the time but as long as you find yourself happy that you’ve worked out and happy with the end result then we will keep doing it.

A personal trainer should work with YOU, and that is what I hope to do with my clients.
