Group Training

Because training with others is more fun!

Group training is proven to be one of the most effective ways to improve your fitness. If you have a group of people whether it's your sports team, work team or group of friends I can help.

Training sessions can include but are not limited to:

  • Boxing
  • Team Activities
  • Fitness Challenges
  • Sports Focus
  • TABATA
  • Interval Training
